Case Study #1

Generating 1500 Leads and 15+ Sales for a Luxury Condominium in Kuala Lumpur with Facebook Ads

Background

A luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur partnered with our team to boost sales and attract middle-class families through a focused digital marketing campaign.

The project aimed to generate high-quality leads that would translate into showroom visits and sales, all within a tight timeframe and budget.

Using Facebook Lead Ads, the team developed a strategic approach to overcome the challenges of targeting a specific audience in a competitive market.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Middle-class families in Kuala Lumpur.

OBJECTIVE:

The primary goal was to generate high-quality leads, inviting them to visit the showroom with the ultimate aim of converting these visits into sales.

CHALLENGE:

  1. HIGH-QUALITY LEADS IN A SHORT TIMEFRAME:
The task was to produce a significant number of high-quality leads within a limited period.
  2. BUDGET CONSTRAINTS:
Working within a RM100K budget posed challenges, including potential creative fatigue and the need for efficient resource allocation.
  3. LIMITED TARGET AUDIENCE:
The campaign was confined to Kuala Lumpur, limiting the target audience to 1.1 to 1.2 million individuals.
  4. MANAGING POOR-QUALITY LEADS:
The team needed to filter out poor-quality leads, including fake numbers, non-registrants, prank submissions, and lower-income groups.

STRATEGY/APPROACH:

  1. FACEBOOK LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN:

The team utilized Facebook’s lead generation features to reach the target audience effectively.
  2. LEAD QUALIFICATION:
To ensure higher lead quality, the team asked standard questions (name, phone, email) and added two qualifying questions regarding property size and budget.
  3. EXCLUSION OF NON-QUALITY LEADS:
By excluding tens of thousands of non-quality leads from previous campaigns, the team significantly improved overall lead quality.
  4. LOOKALIKE AUDIENCES:
High-quality leads were used as seeds to create lookalike audiences, refining the
campaign’s targeting.
  5. HIGH INTENT FORMS:
A high-intent form, requiring users to slide to submit, was implemented to enhance lead quality by adding a layer of friction.
